Japanese praise Kjeld Johannesen

Danish Crown’s CEO Kjeld Johannesen has been named honorary consul-general for Japan in Aarhus. Honorary consul-generals are unpaid, and are expected to look after the interests of Japan and its citizens in cities which do not have a Japanese embassy. In practice, Danish Crown’s head office in Randers serves as the base for the Japanese honorary consul-general.
