More casing to North America

DAT-Schaub and the previous owners of Casing Associates, one of the biggest casings companies in North America, are establishing a jointly owned company in the USA as of 1 January 2009.

The USA has always been a key market for Danish pork casings, and Casing Associates has been one of DAT-Schaub’s biggest customers for many years. It therefore makes perfect sense for the two companies to work together more closely, says Jan Roelsgaard, CEO of DAT-Schaub A.m.b.a.
